As we’re currently using the reward chart system to encourage some positive behaviour, I got a small pack of gummies from the supermarket. But after tasting them for myself, I can’t quite bring myself to use them as treats (on top of stickers) for Theo. Of course they taste good, but I felt horrible for loading him with sugar that does him no good whatsoever. Therefore, off to Pinterest I went to look for healthier options.
And here’s what I made! Strawberry Yoguhurt Lollies.
True enough, these treats were a hit. I sliced the strawberries and placed them in an ice cube tray. I then covered them in plain yoghurt and freeze them. Snack time sorted for the weekends!
